Commercial transparency
Affiliate disclosure
How Fast Loading Themes may earn revenue—and the rules that keep commercial relationships separate from testing and recommendations.
Last updated 16 August 2026
The short version
Some outbound links may become affiliate links. If you use one and make a qualifying purchase, Fast Loading Themes may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. A link or page with a commercial relationship will be labelled near the relevant decision point.
What money cannot buy
- Inclusion in a study or directory.
- A higher metric ranking or changed raw result.
- A finder recommendation or favourable evidence label.
- Removal of a limitation, dependency warning or correction.
- Advance approval of editorial conclusions.
Benchmark ordering is determined by the metric and rules published for that view. Commercial availability is not a scoring input.
Current launch state
At launch, theme links are intended to point to official WordPress.org or developer resources for verification and discovery. Where a link is not an affiliate link, no commission is earned from it. If monetized links are introduced, their commercial nature will be identified rather than retroactively implied.
How revenue supports the work
Potential revenue may fund benchmark infrastructure, research time, product access, hosting and maintenance. It does not convert vendor claims into measured evidence. We may also explore clearly labelled sponsorships or data products; any such model must preserve protocol independence and visible commercial disclosure.
Your choice
You never need to use an affiliate link. You can navigate directly to a vendor or WordPress.org. Product prices, licensing and terms may change, so verify them on the official destination before purchase.
